An SBA-certified woman- and minority-owned small business, RLA received its 8(a) certification in October 2015, holds a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), and was awarded a GSA 8(a) STARS III contract in July 2022.

8(a) Certification

RLA has been certified as a participant in the Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development program. The 8(a) certification provides RLA with enhanced opportunities to meet our clients’ needs, adapt our approaches to developing solutions, and strengthen our teaming relationships. The certification also better positions us to successfully compete for larger government contracts, which will ensure our continued growth.

GSA MAS

RLA has been on the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) since 2019. The GSA MAS is a long-term governmentwide contract with commercial companies that provide access to millions of commercial products and services at fair and reasonable prices to the government.
